I am currently a Senior at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. I am majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication and am minoring in Emergent Media in Mass Communication. In addition to my academics, I am involved with many organizations on campus while also having a work study job.

Marketing Internship

GLATFELTER INSURANCE GROUP

For the past few months I have been interning with Glatfelter Insurance Group in their Marketing Department on the Content Team. I have been writing and publishing blog posts, designing social media posts, organizing content libraries, and offering advice on how to better market the business as a whole.

PENNSYLVANIA BLACK CONFERENCE ON HIGHER EDUCATION

After working with PBCOHE for a semester in class, I was offered a Summer internship with them to help improve their social media presence. Throughout the summer, I posted on all platforms including Instagram and Facebook, interviewed current members and executive board members, attended a planning retreat, and photographed various events.

PENNSYLVANIA BLACK CONFERENCE ON HIGHER EDUCATION

During my Junior year of college, I had a group project in which I worked alongside five team members and the PBCOHE executive director, Dr. Dede, to create marketing materials to promote PBCOHE and expand their membership. From this experience, we got to present marketing materials in front of PBCOHE executive board at their annual conference in Philadelphia, PA on March 7, 2019.
